About the Team
Angi is seeking to fill this key role in its Services team, specifically within Retail Partnerships. The Retail Partnerships team focuses on growth through B2B2C business with retailers. Angi Services is a crucial growth pillar for Angi and has grown to triple-digit million revenue in only a few years. The next priority for the team is to ensure home service jobs are done well by Service Providers in an even more intuitive way.
About the Role
Angi is seeking a highly engaged & strategic Associate Manager to support our Company Success team. This role manages the strategic relationships of Angi Service’s top Service Companies (Pros) that service our largest retail partners. In this role, you will be responsible for directly managing the external relationship with SMB Service Companies that are a part of the Angi Services network. You will analyze, report, and problem-solve how your book of business is performing, maintain high retention, and ensure your Service Companies are satisfied. In this role, you will own the execution of internal and external projects to support the strategy, relationship, and tactics for your company-related programs and improvements.
As an Associate Manager, Company Success, you will be a key member of the Angi Services team, responsible for executing a strategy that advances Angi’s mission “to be the home for everything home,” while developing as a future leader of the Company Success team.
What you'll do
- Be a resource & problem solver for pro-facing strategic needs & ensure a positive Service Company experience (via call, email, text, chat, etc.)
- Develop & maintain Service Company relationships across all partnerships and territorial areas
- Ensure appropriate distribution of jobs, review and adjust job volume, partner with pros on appropriate and desired growth & expansion, explore exclusivity, etc.
- Professionally follow up with support teams internally and externally ensuring thoughtful resolution (prioritize top-tier pros, continued follow-up to ensure resolution, etc.)
- Internally collaborate with Operations and Retail Growth teams to ensure regional Service Company supply is strategically aligned upon & executed
- Conduct quarterly business reviews and reeducate pros ad hoc, ensuring strong performance & job quality
- Analyze Service Company experience through the lens of Retail Partner performance, create reports, and present strategic recommendations to internal stakeholders to positively move the business
- Support our Company Success contractor team in day-to-day operations & ad hoc projects
- Work with Product and Operations to automate and standardize processes and add features based on Service Company feedback
Who you are
- 2-3 years of professional experience; experience in account management or sales is preferred, account support background accepted
- College degree
- Excellent sales, negotiation, and conflict-resolution skills
- Background managing a small book of business or customer subset is a plus
- Strong support management and ability to manage numerous parties/situations
- A self-starter who can work independently and proactively plan their schedule
- Strong quantitative skills and aptitude. Proficiency with Excel / Google Sheets; Looker or Tableau experience is a plus
- Ability to dig deep into processes and identify areas for improvement
- Creative problem-solver with excitement to work on cross-functional teams and projects

Compensation & Benefits
- The salary band for this position ranges from $50,000 - $62,400, commensurate with experience and performance. Compensation may vary based on factors such as cost of living
