Who You Are:
- BS degree in Finance, Accounting or Economics or relevant degree. MBA or relevant certification (e.g. CFA/CPA) is a plus.
- You have 5+ years experience in FP&A, corporate finance, financial strategy/operations, or a closely related field, and have experience working at a high growth SaaS company.
- You have experience with building financial models and identifying key model drivers to forecast the future with accuracy. You’ve also demonstrated success in having a fundamental understanding of the FP&A process, accounting principles, and how to navigate typical scenarios that come up in managing to budget/forecast.
- Strong business partnership experience, with the desire to work cross functionally to drive alignment across the business.
- Entrepreneurial self-starter, who thrives in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex financial information to non-finance stakeholders.
- Familiar with accounting concepts and rules
- Experience with Adaptive Insights, Salesforce, Workday, and Tableau a plus
Nice to Have:
- An understanding of the SaaS GTM engine and the KPIs used to measure success a plus (including cohort analysis, retention, CAC, LTV, magic number, etc.)
- Familiarity with infrastructure cost analysis and the ability to evaluate the unit-economics of new products and features and their impact to the overall company financials in order to inform operational strategy
What You’ll Do:
- Prepare monthly analysis on key financial statement accounts (income statement, balance sheet, and cash flow)
- Supporting monthly close process, ensuring accuracy and analyzing monthly results with variance explanations on revenues and expenses
- Coordinate quarterly forecasts and annual budget
- Work cross-functionally with Accounting and functional teams across the business to consolidate and analyze revenue, expense, and efficiency metrics across various parts of the organization
- Produce data-driven insights and proactive recommendations to help drive future growth and margin expansion within the organization
- Work cross-functionally with HR to consolidate monthly headcount data
- Participating on various finance led process improvement activities and other special projects

Base Compensation Range*: $120,000 - $140,000
Additional Components: You may also be offered a performance-based bonus, equity, and a generous benefits program.
