Ellucian is seeking a Director of Content & Creative to develop and execute a content marketing strategy that aligns with the company's growth goals and enhances its market positioning and customer engagement. In this role, you will work closely with the go-to-market campaigns and other marketing teams to create compelling content that resonates with the global audience, inspires action, and drives significant business outcomes.
Where you will make an impact:
- Develop and implement a comprehensive content marketing strategy that supports and extends our go-to-market campaigns and programs
- Collaborate with the growth campaigns managers and other key stakeholders to conduct an in-dept analysis of current content needs and processes across departments.
- Lead the development of cutting-edge, interactive content that resonates with our audiences, leveraging the latest technologies and creative approaches to enhance user engagement and brand affinity.
- Partner with the campaign managers to develop personalized and customized content for Account-Based Marketing (ABM) strategies
- Create dynamic, experiential product – centric content that showcase the features and benefits of Ellucian solutions, facilitating a hands-on understanding for prospects and customers.
- Foster a collaborative and results-oriented culture within the team, emphasizing data-driven decision making.
- Maintain a strategic view of the campaign landscape, identifying opportunities to leverage content for cross-campaign and cross-channel synergy and amplification.
- Establish KPIs aligned with campaign goals and company priorities
- Analyze data to identify areas of improvement and implement changes to optimize content performance and increase campaign effectiveness.
- Keep up-to-date with content trends, consumer preferences, and advancements in technology to drive innovation in content strategy and execution.
- Manage content-related projects, including budget allocation, timeline coordination, and cross-functional collaboration.
- Ensure that all content aligns with brand guidelines, messaging, and target audience profiles.
- Establish a shared services department in India to support content needs across the company, ensuring efficient and effective content production and distribution.
- Design a centralized content operation encompassing creative development, asset management, and distribution.
- Define service offerings, processes, and standards for campaign content creation, management, and optimization.
- Implement solutions to facilitate efficient content workflows and cross-team collaboration.

What you will bring:
8+ years of experience in content strategy and content marketing Demonstrated experience building and leading a content team, including remote and international team members. Proven track record of developing and executing successful content marketing strategies in a B2B environment, preferably within the technology or education sectors. Strong understanding of content marketing metrics and how to apply data to improve content marketing strategies and tactics. Excellent communication, leadership, and project management skills. Experience with content management systems, digital analytics, SEO best practices, and social media marketing.
