As a key player in our organization, you will lead the development of data products and insights for enterprise to onboard most profitable deals for PayPal Inc and deliver best-in-class observability platform to ensure frictionless merchant experience by addressing the merchant pricing concerns proactively. Meet the team:
We are the PayPal Enterprise pricing “Center of Excellence” team responsible for building insights and data visualization platforms that simplify data access and deliver actionable insights, aiding in revenue growth, margin and cost optimization. We work with cross-functional teams across the organization to deliver top-notch data experiences identifying business problem impacting revenue and margins and work with stakeholders to address those opportunities.

 

Your Day to Day:

• Define, own, and execute the product roadmap, aligning with business and organizational needs.

• Drive innovation, ideation, product requirements, deliverables planning, and execution.

• Solicit feedback and communicate vision, strategy, benefits, and results to internal customers.

• Align problem discovery and solutions with top KPIs to generate new revenue opportunities and margins.

• Provide support and direction to keep the engineering team aligned with product strategy.

• Lead end-to-end product development from concept to launch, collaborating with various teams to deliver high-quality features.

 

What You Need to Bring:

• 10+ years of industry experience, including 5+ years in product management. BS or MS in STEM preferred.

• Ideal experience in Pricing, Billing, Internet applications, Payments, e-Commerce, or Online Banking. AI/ML experience is a plus.

• Full stack application development experience, including front end, backend, and API development.

• Proven track record of delivering innovative technology products from conception to launch.

• Experience working cross-functionally with global business lines, engineering, and design teams to build strong, trust-based relationships.

• Familiarity with systems thinking, analytics, experiment design, and data-driven decision making.

• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, constantly evolving environment, managing multiple priorities with minimal guidance.
