What you’ll be responsible for:
- Maintain the integrity and accuracy of:
- Our PEO platform (TriNet)
- Our live company org chart (Pingboard)
- Our equity platform (Carta)
- Employee records and data; proactively identify opportunities to improve efficiency in our record management.
- Holiday calendar + corporate calendar People touchpoints
- Other People Systems, as needed
- Provide support for various touchpoints in our employee lifecycle, including on/offboarding, employee benefits/total rewards, morale/recognition programs, PEO data management (TriNet), unemployment, leave-planning, and other HR processes and programs.
- Responsible for partnering with our Legal department to maintain organizational compliance with federal, state, and local regulations pertaining to all individual contributors, including Full-Time, Part-Time, and Contractors.
- Act as the primary liaison between our external PEO team and Bombas.
- Responsible for supporting benefits administration across the organization by:
- assisting with administration of benefits programs including health insurance, 401(k), and commuter benefit.
- Processing Health & Wellness and professional development reimbursements
- Providing support for our annual open enrollment process
- Assisting with our annual benefits open enrollment process
- Support roll outs or updates to various benefits programs
- Maintain People Operations form and AskPeople slack channels, providing guidance, referrals to other People Team members, or action for People Operations requests.
- Provide general administrative assistance and support to HR Business Partners, Talent Acquisition, and Learning & Development.
- Assist our Workplace Team in managing office workspace and maintenance; setting up for office events, coordinating access badges and tracking inventory for the Hive, and other ad hoc projects, as needed
- Be the eyes and ears of the People Team to ensure employee adherence to Bombas’ code of conduct and to ensure fair and equitable application of Bombas’ internal policies.

The pay range for this position at the start of employment is expected to be between $60,000 and $67,000/year. However, the base pay offered may vary depending on multiple factors, including job-related knowledge, skills, experience, market factors, and business need.
The Bombas total rewards package offered for this position may also include other elements, such as annual bonus and equity target award opportunities as well as medical, financial, and well-being benefits. Additional details of these benefits will be provided if a candidate receives an offer of employment.
