What you’ll be responsible for:
- Update Available-to-Sell dates across systems to inform Merchandising & Planning on restocks and launch readiness.
- Provide “white glove” tracking for priority POs
- Upload FLEX-IDs to NetSuite for booked shipments; monitor for shipments missing bookings, identify root cause, and resolve.
- Correspond on shipment booking communications (departure port coordination, re-bookings, arrival port support, etc.)
- Collaborate with Giving Partners and freight forwarder on Bombas’s Direct-to-Shelter program providing booking details, tracking, and communication on delivery timelines
- Act as a key participant in weekly meetings with the freight forwarder to design solutions for problem shipments
- Share quarterly volume forecasts with freight forwarder; evaluate reasons for differences in forecasts versus actuals
- Resolve failed Advanced Shipment Notices using internal SOPs, and with our Business Systems and 3rd party integration teams.
- Co-author SOPs for new processes and to update existing SOPs for process changes.
- Collaborate with the Sourcing and Merchandising teams to accurately maintain product attributes across systems, like HTS codes and fabric content.
- Maintain chargeback log, which is used to track supplier errors on Commercial Invoices and Packing Lists.
- Monitor inbound shipping dashboards in Looker for key outbound metrics such as transit time by mode, cost per unit by mode, and distribution of mode usage.
- Compile expenses for donation shipments to track the most economical distribution mode(s).
- Perform ad-hoc analyses to support optimizations and smooth operations for the Transportation function

What you’ll bring:
- 1-2+ years of experience on the importation of freight or post-production supply chain logistics; responsibility for problem-solving and deliveries of shipments.
- Intermediate Excel skills; exposure to analytics tools like Looker or Tableau.
- Experience interfacing the cross-departmental teams and third party vendors.
- Nice-to-have: experience with NetSuite or similar ERP system.

The pay range for this position at the start of employment is expected to be between $60,000 and $75,000/year. However, the base pay offered may vary depending on multiple factors, including job-related knowledge, skills, experience, market factors, and business need.
The Bombas total rewards package offered for this position may also include other elements, such as annual bonus and equity target award opportunities as well as medical, financial, and well-being benefits. Additional details of these benefits will be provided if a candidate receives an offer of employment.
