What you’ll be responsible for:
- Work together with the VP, Giving to co-create a program to support the needs of the pilot group of clients (5 or fewer individuals with whom we have established relationships).
- Meet with individuals for initial intake and develop ongoing weekly meeting cadence
- Develop individualized, comprehensive supportive programming to assist with basic skills including, but not limited to, goal setting, basic healthcare and wellness assessment and plan, money management and budgeting, technology bootcamp (sending photos or files, accessing information, setting up online profiles, managing a laptop or smartphone), resume building and interview skills, accountability exercises, and home management, if applicable.
- Work with clients to gain trust, build relationships, and help guide them through a supportive program with clear near and end goals in mind.
- Help clients navigate public assistance-related systems such as benefits access and non-congregate housing opportunities.

What you’ll bring:
- 3-5+ years of relevant experience
- Master of Social Work (required)
- Professional Liability Insurance (required)
- Current License to practice as a Master Social Worker, or Current License to practice as a Clinical Social Worker in New York State required; plus specialized certifications as needed

The pay range for this position is expected to be between $38.00 and $45.00/hour. However, the base pay offered may vary depending on multiple factors, including job-related knowledge, skills, experience, market factors, and business need.
