What you’ll be responsible for:
- Supporting the Concept and Footwear Designer by managing the color development process and assisting with concept development and footwear design development tasks.
- Own and manage color development process across all categories
- Assist Concept/Footwear Designer to create seasonal color palettes
- Own and manage color palette and library creation including physical & digital formats
- Manage and maintain color libraries and lab dips in Centric PLM
- Own full lab dip process across all categories from initial request through final approval
- Manage consistent communication with cross functional partners, vendors and suppliers regarding lab dip requests, comments and approvals
- Collaborate with Concept / Footwear Designer on continuous color and trend research
- Assist Concept Designer on Concept Presentations in various formats: Physical Presentations / Boards / Figma Decks / Illustrator / Google Slides / MockUps in Illustrator
- Assist Concept / Footwear Designer with design presentation prep, sample management and tech pack upkeep, and general organization

What you’ll bring:
- At least 3+ years of experience on a color team
- Desire to grow within the color field
- Background in art, textile, design, or product development and color/fabric knowledge
- Critical eye for color, able to differentiate color accurately and consistently communicate color comments
- Knowledge of materials and dye processes
- Analytical, able to identify and synthesize trends from market and color research
- Outstanding organizational skills
- Experience using PLM (Centric PLM, a plus)
- Experience using Adobe Programs (Illustrator, required; Photoshop, a plus)
- Experience using Figma a plus

The pay range for this position at the start of employment is expected to be between $35.00 and $40.00/hour. However, the base pay offered may vary depending on multiple factors, including job-related knowledge, skills, experience, market factors, and business need.
