What you’ll be responsible for:
- Manage all merchandising related day to day operations of our Slippers category
- Develop short and long term category strategy plans
- Responsible for weekly, monthly, quarterly sales reporting and collaborating with Planning team to meet and exceed our seasonal and yearly revenue targets and minimize inventory liabilities
- Partner with Design and Sourcing teams to ensure Go-To-Market processes operate smoothly, ensuring development and margin targets are met
- Partnering with Insights to drive Consumer and Product Insights
- Accountable for seasonal Product Launch Doc and PLM deliverables
- Own collaboration with Site Merch on product launch process
- Own and manages copy requests with Creative
- Create Line Plan (with focus on planning and forecasting specific collections)
- Understand competitive environment; proactively seek market knowledge through exposure to competitive retail outlets and brands; own Monthly + Quarterly Market Comp Research decks
- Own customer reviews and analysis
- Collaborate with Wholesale team to support our Wholesale accounts

What you’ll bring:
- 3-5+ years of experience in Merchandising; Footwear/Slippers experience preferred
- DTC experience a plus
- Expertise in retail financial measurements
- Working experience with Digital teams, Brand/Creative teams, Design and Sourcing teams
- Excel proficient
- Strong product sensibility

The pay range for this position at the start of employment is expected to be between $70,000 and $85,000/year. However, the base pay offered may vary depending on multiple factors, including job-related knowledge, skills, experience, market factors, and business need.
The Bombas total rewards package offered for this position may also include other elements, such as annual bonus and equity target award opportunities as well as medical, financial, and well-being benefits. Additional details of these benefits will be provided if a candidate receives an offer of employment.
